FOUNDATION DESIGN

We provide foundation design for your proposed residential extension, garage, outbuilding or newly build home.

​

- Strip foundation design from £300 + VAT  

​

- Raft foundation design from £500 + VAT  

​

- For piles foundation design we will recommend hiring a specialist contractor who can do both the design and installation.

​

We will need you to email us: 

- Full set of drawings and specs of proposed build.

​

- All trees within 25m from proposed foundation clearly marked on a paper with tree height and specie (see below example) 

​

- Soil Lab Report (two or three 2kg undisturbed soil samples from -1.0m depth dug around the area of new foundation send to a soil lab for  plasticity index report

For new build we will recommend also an unconfined compressive strength lab test:
