Definitions:

​

Small project: 2-3 steel bms & padstones, roof joists, trimmers, new strip foundations.

We must review and comment back/agree on final scheme.

For example a typical single storey rear extension and existing rear wall knock through without complex steel frames solution.

Medium project:5-6 steel bms & padstones, 1-2 columns & pad foundations, roof joists, trimmers, new strip foundations.                                    We must review and comment back/agree on final scheme.

For example large loft conversions including 5-6 steel bms,chimney end post, floor bms splice connections, roof and floor joists or a single storey extension including a box/picture or goal post frame and internal alteration of a typical semi, semi-detached or detached house of up to 80m2 per floor area.

NOTES:

For foundation design we will required - site photos, trial hole photos, existing footing specs, trees location plan and soil plasticity index report;

7-days turnaround: You will receive the calculations within 7 working days from the agreed final structural scheme as per discussions.

5-days turnaround: You will receive the calculations within 5 working days from the agreed final structural scheme as per discussions.

Small revisions included: Up to 1-2 elements revisions per project, for example a wall is to remain and beam is no longer required and we need to update the report or a client wishes to make an opening wider, and associated beam needs to be revised including any supporting elements (other beams, columns or foundations - each element counting as a one revision)

All revisions included: reasonable number (1-3) revisions per project for all projects​

​For the subscription to be active the subscription fees must be paid via direct debit or bank transfer by the1st of the month for the current month or by 1pm next working day if 1st is on a weekend.
